Expert in industrial agency, development and investment in Bristol and South West/South Wales

I have gained a considerable depth of experience within the property sector, having worked for a number of International Property Consultants both in London and Bristol including Chesterton International, King Sturge and DTZ, working on a wide range of projects and land uses including commercial (mainly industrial/roadside/trade counter), residential and retail/leisure with a significant number of nationally recognised funds, occupiers, property companies, developers and also a number of private clients.

Having specialised mainly in the industrial and residential land sectors, I felt there was a gap in the market for a niche practice specialising mainly in the industrial sector with an emphasis on responsive and professional advice to clients.

As such, I set up Russell Property Consultants (RPC) in March 2010, with the aim to become the main provider of industrial agency, development, investment and consultancy advice in the South West with an emphasis on providing an undoubted service to clients.

• Played rugby for Devon U19's
• Relay run from John O'Groats to Lands End 1989 - raising £47K for charity
• Climbed Mount Kinabalu (4101m) - 1992
• London Marathon 1997 - raising £3K for charity
• Swam English Channel 2006 - raising £8K for charity

I live in Clapton-in-Gordano on outskirts of Portishead with my wife and two children and enjoy all sports, particularly swimming and rugby and I am a member of the Portishead & Clevedon Triathlon Club but can also be found regularly in the Black Horse Inn.
