AP Burt relocated within North Somerset as part of deal to retain employment within the vicinity.
Site went to “best bids”.
Site purchased for circa. £7 million with “clawback” on the employment element
Liaised with client, vendor and lawyers throughout transaction and bidding process
Recently secured residential consent on employment element.
